Binotto provides high quality hoses and fittings (both suction and pressure hoses) as separate spare parts or as already included in the kit, ensuring reliable and long lasting performances to the whole hydraulic system.
Binotto standard suction hoses are available for the following diameters: 1 ¼”, 1 ½”, 1 ¾”, 2”, 2 ½” (internal diameters).
Other diameters are also available on demand. Length according to the customer request.
In compliance with the international highest standard regulation (SAE J517, type SAE 100/R4), our suction hoses feature special reinforcement: textile wrapped, zinc plated double steel wire helix.
The tube is in NBR, black, smooth, antistatic and the cover (SBR-EPDM) is black, abrasion resistant, ozone resistant, cloth impression.
Temperature range: -40°C, up to +100°C
According to the international standard regulation (EN 853 2SN, EN 856 4SP and EN 856 4SH), our TR2 pressure hoses feature special reinforcement: two braid of high tensile steel wire or four high tensile steel wire spiral layers. The tube is in synthetic rubber, resistant against hydraulic fluids and the cover is abrasion and ozone resistant.
Binotto TR2 pressure hoses are available for the following diameters 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4" , 1”, 1. 1/4” 1.1/2” as standard with different pressure (up to 330 bar)
