With cast iron body, this multifunctional hydraulic valve includes a maximum pressure valve, an anti-shock valve and an anti-cavitation valve.
With pneumatic or mechanical control, this valve is suitable for those applications with independent separate control of the cylinder (single acting) and the rear gate (double acting).
Different application configurations also available.

The Binotto compensated flow control valve operates to regulate the oil flow during lowering operation to maintain a steady speed . In normal conditions (low flow rate), the valve will not operate or intervene to regulate the oil flow speed, it will just prevent overheating.
This safety valve only operates in critical cases (high flow rate conditions), whenever there’s a risk of the body lowering too fast, for example: if the hose connecting the tipping valve with the cylinder is damaged, burnt or broken or in the event of excessive load remaining on the body. In these critical cases, the Binotto compensated flow control valve regulates the flow during the lowering operation, preventing the cylinder from closing too fast and also preventing consequent hazards and risks. The maximum pressure safety valve is specifically dedicated to semitrailer application. During normal operations this valve works simply as an end-of-stroke device, just redirecting the oil flow to the oil tank at a very low pressure.
Whenever the pressure in the hydraulic system exceeds the preset safety pressure limit (such as in case of excessive load or in the event of failures of the end-of-stroke device, …), this valve works as a relief valve, limiting the pressure in the cylinder circuit at the preset valve pressure, discharging the oil to the tank with a very low hysteresis [less than 5%].
