Tipping valves

Designed to be controlled through Binotto control devices, our tipping valves ensure a proportional descent based on the adjustment of the discharge lever, allowing for controlled lowering of the body.

Highlights

Precise tolerances, an integrated check valve and a second adjustable valve for maximum pressure control, help eliminate the risk of oil leaks and enhance safety in all working conditions.

  • Built –in maximum pressure relief valve to protect the tipping cylinder and the hydraulic system
  • High pressure setting of the relief valve also available (250 bar)
  • No-return valve included for higher safety
  • Cast iron body with nickel plate spool
  • High performance tipping valve (working temperature from -15º up to 110º)
  • Maximum resistance, up to 400 bar
  • 3-way configuration, compact size and easy installation. Designed for direct installation on the tank.
